Thanks Roger ,I think that it becoming more evident who these people we look up to are and as you say probably just leave it there. The question is not that sophisticated ,but probably a bit naive to expect ,a simple answer giving a couple of names one looks up to. Those that did thank you for sharing and enlightening some of us newer guys.
